Printed bills incur a $2/mo. charge for paper billing (excluding MN, NE, NM, NY, OK, PA, TX, or where otherwise prohibited). AutoPay Credit requires separate enrollment. Kinetic Internet: Kinetic cannot guarantee specific upload or download speeds, uninterrupted service, or error free service. Speed availability, capabilities, and provisioning vary depending on several factors, including network and terrain conditions, Internet, website, or network congestion, Wi-Fi use, number of concurrent users, device limitations, and customer location. Speeds ≥25 Mbps are provisioned within a range, including minimum and maximum speeds. Kinetic will provision the fastest speed within that range but actual speeds may be lower than the maximum.

99.9% Service Availability: As measured by Kinetic from March 2023 to January 2025, Kinetic service reliability is calculated by dividing Available Customer Hours by Total Customer Hours, excluding planned maintenance, emergencies (including hurricanes, winter storms, floods), and other uncontrollable events.

Equipment: Monthly equipment fees may apply. Kinetic provided modems support in home Wi-Fi. Actual device speeds may be lower than advertised or service plan speeds. Modem equipment must be returned upon termination. A $100 fee may apply if equipment is not returned.

Whole Home Wi-Fi Set Up: Whole Home Wi-Fi installation utilizes the Kinetic Gateway (modem), Wi-Fi extenders (as needed), and Wi-Fi capable devices to connect to the home's network.

Whole Home Wi-Fi: The standard rate for the Kinetic Wi-Fi Gateway is $10.99/month. Kinetic Fiber and Kinetic DSL customers may receive up to 2 Kinetic Wi-Fi Extenders for $10.00/month if not included in their service plan. Each additional Kinetic Wi-Fi Extender is $5.00/month if not included in the service plan. Taxes, fees, and surcharges apply. A professional installation fee may apply. Other restrictions may apply.

Reward Card Offer: Reward Card value varies by selected plan. Not all plans qualify. Eligible rewards include $50 for 1 Gig Service, $100 for 2 Gig Service, and $200 for Max bundled 1 Gig or higher plans. Offer is available to new Kinetic Broadband Internet customers who have not had Kinetic Internet service within the previous 30 days. Eligibility requires activation of a qualifying plan and maintaining the account in good standing for at least 90 days. Limit one Reward Card per household. Local, state, and federal government accounts are not eligible.

Kinetic Reward Prepaid Mastercard: After eligibility is confirmed at Kinetic's sole discretion, customers will receive a redemption email and may choose immediate electronic delivery or a physical card by mail. If a physical card is selected, a $3 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the card value. Physical cards typically ship within 5 to 7 business days.
