Speed Details:
Our Frontier Fiber 2 Gig plan offers upload speeds up to 2000 Mbps, which is up to 10x faster than many cable providers. For example, some cable plans advertise upload speeds of just 20–200 Mbps. Frontier Fiber 1 Gig also gives you uploads up to 1000 Mbps, much faster than the 20–35 Mbps upload speeds that most cable companies promote. (Speed comparisons are based on data available as of June 13, 2024.)
Wi-Fi & Equipment:
Every new customer gets an eero Wi-Fi system included. Actual Wi-Fi performance will vary depending on your home layout, usage, and devices. You can read more about eero at eero.com/legal.
Billing & Payments:
To get the best advertised price, you’ll need to set up Auto Pay using a bank account. Paying with a credit card adds $5/month, and without Auto Pay there’s an extra $10/month. A printed bill option is available for $3.49/month (some exceptions apply).
Equipment Return:
If you cancel service, there’s a $50 restocking fee. Equipment (like routers or extenders) must be returned or a fee of up to $150 per device will be charged.
