60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: Applies only to Internet monthly service fees, Mobile monthly service fees, and Mobile activation fees. Optimum must be contacted within the first 60 days of service to receive a full refund. Customers without an outstanding balance will receive a refund to the original payment method. Customers with an outstanding balance will receive a bill credit. Mobile device purchases and financing are not refundable. A 21 day Mobile device return policy applies and is subject to a $50 restocking fee.

60 DAY INSTALLATION AND ACTIVATION REIMBURSEMENT: Optimum must be contacted within the first 60 days of service to qualify for reimbursement of competitor Internet installation fees up to $100 and Mobile activation fees up to $25. Customers must provide the first bill from the competitor showing installation or activation charges within 60 days of disconnection. Internet customers will receive instructions by email for submitting documentation. Mobile customers should visit the Optimum FAQ page for submission instructions. Eligible customers will receive a virtual Prepaid Mastercard with the approved reimbursement amount approximately two weeks after validation.

PREPAID MASTERCARD: Limit one virtual card per customer, per service. The virtual card is issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to license by Mastercard International Incorporated. Mastercard and the circles design are registered trademarks of Mastercard International Incorporated. No cash access or recurring payments are permitted. The virtual card may be used wherever Debit Mastercard is accepted online, for phone or mail orders, or at stores accepting mobile wallet payments. The virtual card is valid for up to six months. CONTRACT BUYOUT: Customers must provide a copy of the final bill from a competing provider, in the same name and at the same service address, showing the early termination fee and confirming active service without a past due balance at the time of sale. Documentation may be submitted by email to CompetitorProof@alticeusa.com. After verification, eligible customers will receive a bill credit covering the early termination fee up to $100 within six to eight weeks, provided the Optimum account remains in good standing.
